Short and Simple: Glenn Burrows is the model for what sales help should be. Sometimes I shake my head at what some companies call customer service. It seems to be a dying breed. I called seven different places for a motor yesterday: Three out of the seven knew what the hell they doing, the rest did not. JP was one of the three. THE one. Only one other place said they could get it in a day, the rest said one week, two weeks even. It was a specific motor, and we understood that. Frankly, It felt to me that Glenn truly cared where others didn’t. I don’t know what strings he had to pull, but they were the right ones. The motor was here when he said it would be and our brew house is back up and running. That makes my boss happy. I’m happy when he’s happy. Beer makes people happy. From now on, JP will be my first call. Glenn has been helpful in the past with us, as well. And this time, his voice just might be on the History Channel. So tell him he’s awesome, please.
